This is a nice little reference book that gets you thinking about the food in restaurants. There is a lot of hidden calories in those "good" items on the menu. Worth checking out, if you tend to eat out frequently.

I found the book to be quite helpful, and because of their
being pictures it really makes it easier having a visual
recall on those things that you should be having. It also helps to bring about good habits of making sure to make a grocery list and to check on items in the book beforehand.

This is my third copy. I always end up giving mine to someone who likes it. The book has lots of great information and is easy to read. Lots of eye-opening information.

I really liked this one. I've purchased some of the eat this not that books in the past and only browsed through them. This one I read every word. It gives a lot of useful information as well as tips and encouragement for cooking meals at home (even if your a "new" cook). I have to call this book a very useful tool for anyone who eats! :)
