This is a very helpful guide to keep handy around the kitchen and prior to going out to eat. There are definitely some that I had no idea how many calories. Like the pictures, too.

This is the most practical nutrition guide I've ever seen.Together with the Supermarket survival guide, this book enabled me to lose over thirty lbs. so far and I feel great! All while spending 6 to 10 days at a time working on the road and having to make do with eating out constantly. A+++++++++++

I was also wondering the same thing Kelly and the others were. Why are the prices different? It's cheaper by mail, I always thought it was the other way around, I guess I should really check my flyer more often then just going on line to order......unhappy member

I agree with Kelly, Why is it 12.99 on line and 9.98 in my flyer. We are in an economic time now and the whole idea is to save on stamps ect. But where is the savings if you price adjust at will. Makes coustomer feel like your going to get the extra one way or another. Im sure these can be found on Amazon or even Google for cheaper stores. Looking to buy but not thru Doubleday this time..
