Desperate
Angelique and Chris have always had enough to get by, and then some. They came out of poverty, and now that they have a plush lifestyle, they swear they’re never going back. I read this book in one day, it grabs your attention from the first chapter, LOT of unexpected twist and turn all the way to the ending. There has to be a part two....if not I did not like the ending......got to read it to find out!!!
