Marketing executive Tori Henderson leaves Houston for her hometown of Bayford, a place she hasn’t been back to for ten years, to care for her beloved, ailing Aunt Dottie. There she’s faced with more than she bargained for, including a delinquent eight-year-old step-cousin, DeAndre, and starts craving an escape back to the big city. This is a good read. Sometimes I hesitate on reading Christian Fiction books. I expect them to be too clean and boring I have read a few and they have all been good. This book makes you feel like you can connect with the characters.

I absolutely loved this book,I felt as if I knew Cousin Tori & DeAndre.It is such a joy to read a good Christian novel that reminds us that God still directs every aspect & every scene in our lives.Great job Michelle,my book club can't wait for your next novel.
