Not my favorite cookbook

I buy and read a LOT of cookbooks. This is NOT one of my favorites; for one thing, there are not anywhere near enough photos. The recipes are OK, if you need a recipe for nachos. ... who doesn't know how to make nachos?
If you're looking for a good cookbook with great, easy to follow recipes and PHOTOS, this is not it.

Disappointed

I was really disappointed in this cook book. It might be because it doesn't really differ from an earlier version( From the 90's). I had hoped to see newer restaurants and recipes. Many of these recipes are posted online.

This has got to be one of the best cookbooks I've ever bought and I have tons of them. I've tried quite a few recipes from this book and they all came out like the real things.

I am not a cook by any means--cereal, box dinners, that was my life. Being a college student on a limited budget, it's hard to find sustaining meals! I took a chance on this book and WOW, it paid off! I'm not making "from scratch" meals like stuffed crust pizza, soups and desserts with minimal effort and dollars.
FINALLY, a cookbook for me!
