I didnt like it as much as I thought I would. Will prob only try 2-3 recipes from it.
As soon as I received the book I couldn't wait to get started. In the first week I made Black Tie Mousse Cake, Fried Mac n Cheese and the Asian Zing Sause. All three turned out exactly as I had hoped.
My family just can't get enough. Very pleased and will continue to try as many recipes from this book as I can.

I think this one is great. It has a lot of recipes I would like to try. I have already made Cheesecake Factory Red Velvet Cheesecake which was pretty easy and great. There are a lot of others that seem simple and like something I would actually fix. I'd read bad reviews but really liked the first 2 so I got it anyway, I don't regret it.
Wish I have not ordered!
