I ORDERED THIS BOOK WITH HOPES OF FINDING SOMETHING NEW AND EXCITING IN TERMS OF SOUTHERN COOKING. THIS BOOK DID NOT DELIVER NOR MEET MY EXPECTATIONS. I'AM FROM THE SOUTH AND A VERY EXPERIENCED SOUITHERN COOK SO THERE WAS NOTHING NEW TO ME IN THIS COOKBOOK. BASICALLY, A REPEAT OF RECIPES FOUND IN ANY SOUTHERN COOKBOOK. IF YOUR'E NEW TO SOUTHERN COOKING AND NEED SOMEWHERE TO START THIS COOKBOOK MIGHT WORK FOR YOU BUT AS FOR ME I WILL SENDING MY COPY BACK.
