I hosted a cookie exchange this past Christmas for my neighborhood. The table was full of wonderful cookies that we packed into tissue lined bakery boxes to take home and enjoy with our families. The variety was very good but I am encouraged by the recipes in this new book that next Christmas' cookies will be even more appetizing. I can't wait to share this book with my friends and neighbors. I read thru the recipes and am planning on trying a new "cookie a week". The book is laid out very well. The ingredients list and instructions for preparing and baking are very understandable. I collect cookbooks and this is a very important issue with many of them. The tips on packaging and storing are extremely helpful. I think we can use some of the ideas that should make handling the cookies at a cookie party easier. Looking forward to baking some yummy cookies......

I just received this cookie cookbook today, and am very pleased with it. It has a wide variety of recipes, and a picture of almost every one of them. It includes tips on decorating, storing, and presenting the cookies as gifts. I can't wait to start trying the recipes. I highly recommend this book!
