This cookbook is the best, every meal taste wonderful, and there is no waste in the meals, when it says 2 people it is 2 people, my husband loves these recipes. I am ordering another book for my sister. Healthy cooking, I love it.

It is nice to have smaller recipes, but the constant use of low fat, reduced fat, no fat is tiresome. Come on, some of the measurements are by the teaspoon! Even Dr. Oz says use the REAL thing and just eat less. And WHAT is reduced fat balsamic vinegar? Flavor, I want flavor, not bland low fat tasteless food.

This is a great cookbook, however I do not eat any type of fish or seafood, so it was a waste of money for me due to having about half the recipes for either fish or seafood.
