I also collect cookbooks, and I must say, this is a pretty "big" colorful book, tried only one recipe so far, the ahi tacos and they were "amazingly good" my family said, "just like a fine dining restaurant". Guy's recipes are pretty extensive though, so don't think it's a book for "beginners", unless you're feeling adventurous, also the quantities for sauces are "way more" than you actually need, so next time I probably will cut sauce recipes into half or even fourths. But all in all, I'm glad I bought this book.

I love his show, and so far I have loved everything I have tried so far out of his new cookbook. Also the stories are a fun read!

I got this book a little over a week ago, and am still reading through it, I'm glad I got this book, there are a lot of recipes I hope to be making soon. I have tons of cookbooks and am enjoying reading through this one....glad I got it!
