Awesome book very informative. I have three of Joel's book and love them all especially Become a Better You. Joel teaches 7 principles to improving your everyday life. I suggest buying all his books they are keepers.

This book has brought me so much joy and encouragement. There are some things --I'm battling with in my life. The message he delivers in this book provides inspiration and hope for whatever you may be going through, friend. His book has given me the extra drive to continue to work toward my goals and be patient. Yet my time is coming!!!
