Well I actually brought the book for my 20 year old son who is in college, I had heard about the book and came onto black expression to read about it, once I started reading it and knowing that my boys are becoming into man hood, I thought this would be a great book. We are african americans and the struggle for our black men out in this world is hard enough. I think any book like Mr. Harper can be a inspiration for all of our black young and old men. I would recommend this book to any young brother and wish that I was able to purchase lots of them and go out into the inter city and pass them out to let the young minds no that it's never to late to become what you want to be.

I'm greatly humbled when reading this book because I'm a young man who has been dealing with self assurance. He has delivered me through out this whole book. I also lend my friends this book to read it as well, to let them know that life is precious and should value every aspect of it. I concur with him throughout this knowledge that he has shared. He inspired me and lifted me up in my spirit to continue to READ and not letting anything stop you from what you're trying to become. Thank you Hill Harper for a well delivered book to the young brothers and sister. YOU SHOULD READ THIS BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
